In the geographical centre of the Isle of Man, Kennaa is located a short distance from St Johns and benefits from being a 15 minute drive from the airport and 20 minutes drive from the capital, Douglas. This central position is ideal for film makers allowing easy and swift access to most points on the Isle of Man. Kennaa is accessible year round including during the TT and Manx Grand Prix races.  It also benefits from a idyllic, sheltered position protected from the worst of Island weather. 

Kennaa is divided into three discrete areas: on the lower level, a well equipped equestrian centre and above Kennaa Film Facilities. These consist of a sound stage, construction / props barn and production offices. Surrounding these is the superb holiday accommodation offering comfort, relaxation in an outstanding rural venue.
